I’ll start with what was good. They were timely and did get our oven hood working. What I wasn’t happy with was how they left the house an absolute mess when they had to cut 6 holes in my ceiling to rewire the hood to the electrical panel. They vacuumed up the bulk of the piles of insulation but still left my house a mess. I wasn’t expecting perfection but at least with a professional company I would expect them to clean up after themselves. Luckily our home warranty will send someone to patch the holes but it is going to be obvious with having to patch 6 holes. They pulled a wood strip off the A/C wall area and didn’t put it back, they scratched my cabinets in multiple places which will require paint retouches and just left the pieces of the ceiling they cut out laying around everywhere. These pictures are after I started cleaning up after them. Overall very disappointed.

The men who installed our heating and air were professional and kind and performed their work efficiently. So far, the heating unit is working well and the City Inspection said that every looks okay per my husband who was at home when the city did their inspection of their work. However, time will tell. So far so good.

The worst experience ever. I told American Home Shield for months how incompetent Advanced Appliance was and they forced me to use them. I endured property damage as well and was stuck paying them over $8200. I feel robbed and no one cares about my experience. I went the entire summer without a working air conditioner because of the company and AHS lack of empathy. I had a hole in my ceiling as well as water literally coming out of my smoke detector because they didn't promptly remove the old equipment. The owner straight wired my unit and then told me to use my breaker to cut my unit off and on. You better run from this company! The water in the bucket is from the water literally coming out of my smoke detector. Let me also include a total of 6 technicians came out from April to July and they lied and said i needed a new unit just so they could get more money out of me. They talk down to women. They come in YOUR house and won't even speak. Terrible terrible company. Never again.

This was the installation of a new electric hot water tank. it was an addition to our house. Advanced did a wonderful job for us. Fast and neatly done. I highly recommend them for your service needs.

The technician did a wonderful job and went above and beyond to get the job done... I appreciated the courtesy of how he completed the job. I asked questions and he was very knowledgeable and gave Me some tidbits about up coming regulations. He deserves a Raise if he handles All his patrons in this manner!

I moved into a new home in April 2024 and bought a maintenance contract with Advanced Appliance for the 2-zone heat pump system (indoor air handler, zone control board, outside condenser). I canceled the contract ~3 months before the end date because it was causing additional costs and unnecessary stress. For my spring & fall maintenance visits, they didn't do much for the free service (compared to other maintenance contracts I've had), but instead charged me for supposed extras. They tried to upsell every time they stepped foot in my house, which was sort of often since I had some concerns/questions -- most recently they said I needed a whole new HVAC system & if I didn't buy one they wouldn't come out and perform maintenance anymore even though I have a maintenance contract. Every time Advanced told me I needed something, I've sought a 2nd opinion (and sometimes even a 3rd) and was told I didn't need what Advanced said I needed. This caused me to pay other companies to come take up my time and money just to find out my system is fine. I recently had Duke Energy come install a Power Manager device on my unit to save some money. The Duke tech told me the last person who looked at/worked on my outside unit left the motherboard (control panel) open, exposing it to the elements. That would be Advanced.

The response to our plumbing request was completed within 24 hours. The technician was extremely competent and responsive to my questions as he remedied the toilet leak and broken tub fixture.
